General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. scope of application

All our deliveries and services are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. Deviating rules are only valid with prior written confirmation by STICKABUSH // STAB Awet Goitom.

2. offer

The product illustrations are partly exemplary illustrations and can deviate from the ordered/delivered products.

All prices quoted are Euro amounts and include the statutory value added tax. Postage and packaging costs shall be added in accordance with the separate terms of payment. The prices in the current catalogue always apply. 3.

3. order

You can order from us by telephone via our webshop or by e-mail. In the case of written orders without indication of the method of payment, we reserve the right not to dispatch the goods.

4. contract / delivery

Contracts of sale are concluded by acceptance of the order. The acceptance of the order takes place verbally, in writing or by execution of the delivery. We usually deliver goods in stock within 1-3 working days by DHL.

Should an article exceptionally not be available or not be available so quickly, we will inform you as soon as possible of the delivery date, or alternatively that the delivery cannot take place. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be advantageous for a quick processing.

4. 1. payment terms apply from the date of invoice

Invoice amounts are due without deduction upon receipt of the invoice. Default of payment shall occur if the invoice is not settled within 14 days of receipt at the latest. 2.

5. payment by invoice and financing

In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account and purchase by instalment as a payment option. Please note that purchase on account and instalment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.

Invoice

When buying on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. The online shop charges a fee of 0.00 Euro per order when purchasing on account with Klarna.

Instalment purchase

With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Klarna checks and evaluates your data and exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies where there is a legitimate interest and reason to do so. 6. cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us

You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

It is best to return the items in the original packaging or full cardboard packaging, without this being a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal. The right of revocation does not apply to contracts that we conclude with entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) and also not to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or are not suitable for return due to their nature.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts - which we conclude with entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) - for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

7. Liability

STICKABUSH // STAB Awet Goitom accepts no liability for any damage caused by the use of purchased products, in particular in the event of improper use.claims for damages are excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

8. Warranty

The warranty period is 24 months from delivery. In the case of complaints, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. The claimed article must be sent together with a copy of the invoice to STICKABUSH // STAB Awet Goitom , Friedelstrasse 52, 12047 Berlin. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer modifies the delivered goods.

9. Care

Please follow the washing instructions which you will find on the labels of the articles. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect cleaning.

10. right of withdrawal

In case of spelling, printing or calculation errors on the website in advertisements or flyers, STICKABUSH // STAB Awet Goitom is entitled to withdraw from contracts based on this.

11. retention of title

Until payment has been made in full, the goods shall remain the property of

12. data storage

The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to companies associated with us within the framework of the order processing. 13. Right of objection according to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)

As a data subject, you have the right to object to the use or transfer of your data for advertising purposes (blocking indicator) in accordance with the BDSG. 14. place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all claims is, as far as permissible, Berlin.

15. Applicable law

German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This also applies if you have your general place of jurisdiction abroad.

16. severability clause

Should one of the above provisions be or become void, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.
